Refund policy

We want you to love your INTAYAH order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition.

• All original packaging, tags and accessories must be intact.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Sale, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive items may be non-returnable where applicable.
